Technology has always been a huge part of my life. While some prefer to keep their professional and personal passions separated, I’ve found they are one-in-the-same, which serves me well at the office. My goal is to promptly solve problems for our customers and to do so with a smile on my face. Technology can be frustrating, so I keep a positive attitude to help our customers feel a little better about their day until I can get their technology up and running at full capacity. My experience in customer service, programming, and management all made this position the perfect fit for me. I’m currently working on my Network and A+ certifications, and I can’t wait to have additional skills to offer to our clients!
As I stated above, my personal and professional passion is the same. When I’m not troubleshooting problems at the office, I love playing video games, fixing anything that’s broken, and even reading 19th -century literature.
