Digital Marketing Coordinator
Though my official title is Digital Marketing Coordinator, I consider myself a brand advocate and have adopted the rather prestigious title of “code-guy.” It’s important to me that the people we market to think our clients are as cool as we know they are. Through various public media positions, I have had experience in social media marketing, coding, copywriting, photography, and more. If it’s digital, I probably have some form of experience with it. This helps me tremendously in the digital marketing field as there are constantly new trends to keep up with, and it’s necessary to have the skills needed to adjust to the fluctuating needs of our clients. What I love most about this job is the partnership of marketing and data as we’re constantly adapting our strategy to data points. I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in communications, am Google Analytics certified, and also have a Poynter ACES Certificate in Editing.
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy fixing computers that have been around longer than I’ve been alive and hiking with my wife. I’m also currently working on my master’s degree in software engineering. I play the viola, am dangerous on the grill, and have an affinity for Dr. Who and building model ships.
