Technical Resource Solutions, LLC is an IT service provider with a focus on the needs of today's small to mid-sized businesses. We cater our services to the business needs of each individual client. Whether the need is with day-to-day computer issues, the design of multi-site computer networks, website development or hands on computer training for your staff we have found that small business needs are not vastly different than those of larger businesses. There was a time when things such as on-site servers, email, Internet communications, enterprise level backups, websites and training centers were reserved for companies who had large IT budgets, infrastructure, and staff. This has changed in the last several years and all of these things are now easily within the reach of all. We would like to assist you in making technology work for your business. About The Owners
Scott Lavelle, MCSE
Co-Owner / Technical Director
Scott co-founded Technical Resource Solutions, LLC (TRS) and is the company's Technical Director. He is also a Partner/Managing Member of the LLC. Scott obtained his Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and has a wide variety of experience including mainframe programming, end-user training, desktop support, network design/implementation, and website design. Regardless of the business size or industry, his extensive background enables him to accurately assess IT needs, implement appropriate strategies for applying technology, and achieve positive results. Scott strives not only to correct existing problems and provide well-planned solutions, but also to educate business users so they may be more productive. Scott has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Information Technology.
Co-Owner / Director
Arlene co-founded Technical Resource Solutions, LLC (TRS) with Scott Lavelle in 2003. She is also a Partner/Managing Member of the LLC. Arlene is responsible for managing financial reporting, is involved in the design and development of websites and manages the training center. Prior to co-founding TRS, Arlene held several senior positions such as Controller, Director of Financial Reporting, CFO, and Securitization Officer. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration concentrated in Accounting, experience with numerous complex business tools and accounting packages including an advanced working knowledge of Excel. Arlene has over 25 years of experience with a strong background in accounting system conversions on both PC and mainframe platforms.
